If I Were Going by Mabel O'Donnell and Alice Carey. Illustrated by Florence and Margaret Hoopes. Evanston, IL: Row, Peterson Co., n.d. (circa 1950). The Alice and Jerry Books Reading Foundation Series. 345 pages. Blue illustrated cloth, illustrated throughout on nearly every page, mainly in color, with full-page or half-page illustration, and decorations. An "Alice Jerry" mid-20th-century reader in fantastic condition, with a few very light smudges on endpapers.
