Clarence P. Hornung. Treasury of American Design was published by Harry Abrams in New York in 1976. Hardcover, two volumes in one, 846 pages, with 2,900 illustrations, including 800 plates in color plus 500 decorative drawings. Compilation of American design from fire buckets to cookie molds, chests of drawers to carousel horses. A very good copy in gilt-stamped blue cloth and a colorful dust jacket.

About the Seller

Barbara Farnsworth
Barbara Farnsworth

My bookstore, an old wooden building at the edge of a New England trout stream, houses thousands of used, rare and antiquarian books, with particular emphasis on Home and Garden subjects -- food and drink, gardening, interior design and architecture. I also carry titles on fashion, children's books and literature. Books really do furnish a room, beautifully!
