Why We Love This

Set of three smoky glass Rondo and Minuet vases from notable designer Per Lutken of Holmegaard Glass Factory, who was recruited from art school in 1942. Lutken is known for his asymmetric, organic and flowing designs. Curving bud-like or teardrop forms with heavy walls in cool, gray or blue are typical of his work, which was often inspired by the icy Scandinavian landscape. Glass is engraved Holmegaard™ and numbered.

About Kimberly & Darrell Lynn

Kim Lynn is a design maven with a penchant for storytelling, vignettes, and peppering a very traditional setting with punches of Mid-Century Modern. She and her husband, Darrell, have relocated to their Nashville, TN, roots after 15 years of life and travel in Tokyo; Stockholm; Bilbao, Spain; Sarasota, FL; and Atlanta. The Lynns continue to go off the beaten track (and to a network of resources cultivated during two decades of shopping estates) to curate a standout mix of antique and vintage furniture, accessories, and art.
