As described by
Striking pair of abstract and graphic paintings by artist Maurice Verrier (1920-2004). He was also known as Charles Levier. His work can be seen at the Museum of Modern Art and the Menton Museum in Paris, in addition to the Seattle Museum, the Atlanta Museum, and the New Orleans Museum in the US. Both signed "Verrier" lower right. Displayed in white wood frames.
