As described by
Calder at Home: The Joyous Environment of Alexander Calder , by Pedro E. Guerrero. New York: Stewart, Tabori Chang, 1998. First edition, 160 pages, with a delightful text illustrated by hundreds of color and black and white photographs of Calder and his works in his studios and homes in Connecticut and France. Indeed a joyous book, and a very fine copy in brilliant red boards and a pictorial dustjacket.
About the Seller
My bookstore, an old wooden building at the edge of a New England trout stream, houses thousands of used, rare and antiquarian books, with particular emphasis on Home and Garden subjects -- food and drink, gardening, interior design and architecture. I also carry titles on fashion, children's books and literature. Books really do furnish a room, beautifully!
