After years of avid collecting, interior designer Kristan Cunningham and her husband, Scott Jarrell, opened Hammer and Spear, a residential design firm and retailer of vintage finds in downtown LA. With an emphasis on handsome, comfortable pieces, their mission is to make great design available to everybody, offering collectible vintage designs by notable names at affordable prices. Complementing the vintage are new acquisitions, from Ethiopian textiles to handmade treenware from their home state of West Virginia.
