Why We Love This

A beautiful example of San Juan Pueblo pottery, this thick-walled, hand-coiled incised redware pot with sparkling micaceous clay is by one of San Juan Pueblo's best potters, Dominguieta Sisneros Naranjo. Signed "Dominguieta Sisneros, San Juan Pueblo, New Mexico," dates from the late 1970s.
