19th-century Grand Tour nickel and beveled glass trinket box with silk cushion interior. Depicted on the top lid is a photo of the Hauptfassade Palace in Ansbach, Germany. These scenic trinket jewelry boxes were collected by wealthy tourists traveling throughout the Europe during the late 1800s and early 1900s. No maker's mark.
