Why We Love This

A rare and well-kept collection of The Novels and Tales of Charlotte M. Yonge, a 19th-century British novelist well-read by her peers such as Lewis Carroll and George Eliot. Three-quarter dark antique green leather, with marbled boards, gilded spine and top edge, decorative endpapers, and black-and-white illustrations by Kate Greenaway. Published in London by MacMillan and Company in 1885. 16 volumes, incomplete set. Approximately 8,000 pages. All volumes are in very good condition.

About Juniper Books, LLC

Thatcher started selling books online in 2001 and expected it to be just a part time, short term hobby. However, over the years, Juniper Books has evolved into something the world has never seen before – a business dedicated to personalizing, customizing and generally reinventing the concept of the printed book and “the library.” Juniper Books has carved out a niche at the intersection of books and design by delivering a high level of service, attention to detail and creativity.
