Why We Love This

A watercolor illustration of a tall bottle of lemonade and a few lemons against a dusty pink background. Both stylish and laid-back, this image perfectly evokes the summer season. This is a reproduction of the original, printed on fine art paper and framed in white.

About the Brand

The illustrator and textile designer Virginia Johnson creates images that are both chic and inviting; one wants to dive into them headfirst. Her watercolor illustrations feature lush, expansive color and plenty of white space. Johnson trained at Parsons School of Design and designed for Helmut Lang before returning to her native Toronto. She has illustrated several books, including “The Perfectly Imperfect Home” written by Deborah Needleman. Her textiles are sold in Barney’s in New York and Liberty of London.
