Originating hundreds of years ago in Japan, rain chains act as linked funnels and are a decorative alternative to a cheerless gutter downspout. Rainwater playfully dances and flows down the handcrafted copper buckets as it is guided from the rooftop to the ground. The copper will develop an aged patina over time, which will only add to its charm.

Good Directions is the brainchild of John Lodato, whose United Housewrecking restoration and relics business is renowned throughout southern New England. An expert in historical design, Lodato joined forces with his son Michael, who had a background in manufacturing and materials, to create a company that would produce top-quality, artistically impeccable decorative accessories for the garden and home. Each artist who designs a piece also follows it throughout the production process, to ensure that the final product lives up to his vision and yours.
