This is a vintage lithograph, signed in the plate by artist Ben Shahn (1898-1969). Best known for his works of social realism, Shahn studied with many great 20th-century artists, including Henri Matisse, Georges Rouault, Pablo Picasso, and Diego Rivera. Printed on fine rag paper and set in a black frame with mat and glass.

Established in 1955, MunnWorks is known for its superiorly crafted custom-made frames for fine art and mirrors. Its frames hang in the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the de Young Museum in San Francisco, and the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles. The company's own holdings include many important works of art by masters of the 20th century, from Dalí to Matisse.
