As described by Billy Blue Eye

Roseville Pottery (1890-1954) is considered to have been one of America's finest Art Pottery firms. The Wincraft pattern was introduced in January, 1948 in hopes of stimulating sagging sales. The line was designed by Robert Windisch and features Art Deco-inspired shapes with embossed flowers on high-gloss backgrounds. Window box, bottom incised "Roseville U.S.A. 268-12" (the mold number).
