As described by Maps and Art

Color lithograph of Puerto Rico from 1883, while still a Spanish dominion named Porto instead of Puerto, and Vieques Island as Crab Island. Shows railways, towns, provinces, rivers and mountains by mapmaker Geo Cram. Neat, trimmed margins. Displayed on a white mat with a gold border and fits a standard-size frame. Archival plastic sleeve and Certificate of Authenticity included. Artwork, 13.25"L x 8.5"H; mat, 16"L x 12"H.
