A beautiful reproduction of the original, printed on heavy paper. The inks are color-fast to avoid fading. This work is set off in a contemporary ash frame on Masonite and laminated.

Arguably one of the most recognizable of the Abstract Expressionists, Jackson Pollock (1912-1956) was an influential American painter who enjoyed considerable fame and notoriety during his lifetime. A reclusive artist with a famously volatile personality, he struggled with alcoholism for most of his life. In 1945, he married the artist Lee Krasner, who became an important influence on his career and on his legacy.
