    1902 photochrom of the Ponce de Leon in St. Augustine, Florida, #53746 from the Detroit Photographic Company. Starting with a black and white negative, the photochrom process used stone lithography to produce lifelike and yet uniquely evocative color prints. This photochrom shows the Ponce de Leon Hotel built by railroad magnate Henry Flagler. It survives today as Flagler College. Print, 7”H x 9”W.
