Why We Love This

Phenomenal petite settee in the American Empire style. This fantastic find is attributed to Charles-Honoré Lannuier, a famous French-born American cabinetmaker. Upholstered in a period-style fabric, the arms are somewhat faded. Many intricate carved details such as wings, shells, and leaves that Lannuier learned to create while living in France. Arm, 30"H.

About Antiques on Old Plank Road

What began innocently as a boy riding with his mother looking for antiques in the late '50s has turned into a serious addiction. In fact, the obsession is so bad that our 31,000 square foot Chicago showroom is filled with European antique and vintage furniture (mostly French and English) and our custom furniture workshop is skyrocketing. Having sold to 1,000+ designers and 10,000+ customers worldwide, Old Plank has celebrated 20 years in business. Experience the Old Plank difference!
