As described by L'Affichiste Vintage Posters

1920s Parisian decorator sheet. This pochoir, a French variation on a hand-colored stencil, would have been used by designers to display wallpaper, fabric or tapestries patterns. Designed by Hervegh, this pochoir was intended for the German market, as indicated by the German title, bottom right.
