About Cotton & Flax

Founded by Erin Dollar in 2010, Cotton & Flax creates textiles made using only natural and environmentally friendly materials. Erin completes every step of the creation process, beginning with the pattern design and the selection of heirloom-quality fabrics. Each pattern is drawn by hand using brush and ink, then transferred to a silkscreen to create multiples on textiles. After scouring local sources to find beautiful, durable linen and linen-blend fabrics that will soften over time, she carefully hand-prints panels of fabric with her original designs, which she later sews into pillows, tea towels, napkins, or coasters. http://cottonandflax.com/
