The forms and colors of Mid-Century Modern design inspired this print of a fire truck--not that your kids will care. And why should they? After all, what matters most is how delightful the print is.
After receiving a BFA in photography from Parsons School of Design in New York, the artist known as ModernPOP headed to Los Angeles to work as an advertising art producer. Having always had a love for design and illustration, and with an eye for typography and color, ModernPOP began composing a series of lettered and numbered designs for children. Inspired by Bauhaus and Mid-Century Modern design, ModernPOP describes these playful, modern artworks as "aesthetic poetry for children."
