As described by One Man's Treasures...

Statesmen lithograph prints from Vanity Fair. One is marked "Vanity Fair Feb. 12-1870 no. 67 price 6d" and text reads: "He was chairman of quarter session and reconstructed the Navy." The other print, No. 43, is marked "Vanity Fair Statesmen No. 43," and the print reads: "The first of the Commoners of England," drawn by ATY, March 12, 1870.
