19th-century French carved wood mirror in the shape
of a wreath featuring intricately carved roses with a bow. Original antiqued mirror. Chipped paint, antiqued mirror, cracks. No maker's mark.
The seams between these artfully antiqued mirrors are
accented with gold rosettes. A thick, antiqued-gold-leaf-finished frame in a barbed quatrefoil shape completes the heirloom feel of this mirror. Hangs both horizontally and vertically.
