Inspired by a cloud forest in the Canary Islands, this terrarium is a collaboration between two artists. The wood grain is sure to impress--made of solid maple that is hand-lathed, sanded, and treated with walnut oil and wax to a soft sheen. Using a mix of water beads and plant food (included), many houseplants can happily live inside the glass without their soil. It's the easiest thing to care for and the included directions tell you how. Of course a soil-less plant is included, but feel free to use it as a traditional terrarium as well.
