With a penchant for the opulent and the playful, Claudia Strasser, founder of The Paris Apartment, launched her career in 1993 with a boutique in NYC’s East Village filled with French boudoir furniture, accessories, and flea market finds that she reincarnated into sparkling treasures. Her book The Paris Apartment: Romantic Decor on a Flea Market Budget was released in 1997.
