Etching titled Pastoral III. Signed lower right by Carl Schultheiss (1885-1961) Born in Nurenberg, Germany, Carl Schultheiss was known for his etching skills. His reputation began in this country with his 1938 exhibition of etchings at The Art Institute of Chicago, he won numerous prizes for his etchings and served as Honorary President of the Society of American Graphic Artists. Published by the Print Makers Society of California 1957. Image, 8.5"L x 6.75"W. Unframed.
