Why We Love This

English wooden box which was probably originally used to store smoking paraphernalia. The wood is beautifully sculpted and polished. The hinged lid is embellished with an enameled nautical flag and opens to reveal individual compartments for storage. There has been a repair on the side, but it is minimal and does not compromise the look or integrity of the piece. Most likely made in England around the turn of the century.
