Why We Love This

A breezy Impressionist-style oil showing a view of a fishing boat in harbor beneath blue skies. Signed lower left, "Van Waldron" (American, 20th century), and dated 1991. Inscribed on verso with artist's name, date and titled "Fishing Boats at Quinns Lighthouse." A graduate of the California Art Institute, Van Waldron furthered his studies at the Bongart School of Art. He is well-listed in both "Who's Who in Art" and "Who's Who in America." Unframed.
