About Of a Kind

Of a Kind is a website that sells the pieces and tells the stories of emerging designers. Friends for over a decade, Claire Mazur and Erica Cerulo launched the site in November 2010. Now, three and a half years in, Of a Kind is run by a team of five supremely dedicated employees from an airy, high-ceiled office in NYC’s Financial District. When Of a Kind started, the site’s focus was on apparel and fashion accessories, but the offerings have since expanded to include home items.
