Why We Love This

Masterful oil titled Fog Rising, Russian River, CA by listed artist Ian McKibbin White (b. 1929). He studied at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard and U.C.L.A.. Longtime director of the Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco, he did exhibition and graphic design at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the Brooklyn Museum, where he designed the Frieda Schiff Warburg Memorial Sculpture Garden. Signed lower left. Famed Bohemian Club Art Exhibition label on verso. Giltwood frame.
