About April Napier

Los Angeles-based April Napier makes hand-built and hand-thrown carved vessels. She began making pottery after years of styling and costume design as a way of reconnecting with her background in visual art. “Each piece of pottery,” she says, “is an expression of the process of centering mind and body with clear focus, in the continual effort to be living mindfully in each moment.”
