An archival giclée reproduction of a photograph by Joseph Leombruno. This image, which appeared in the May 1954 issue of "Glamour" magazine, comes beautifully matted and set in silver-finished frame.
Along with Jack Bodi, his partner of 43 years, Joseph Leombruno was among the first Americans to photograph the French couture collections after World War II. The work of the duo, known as Leombruno-Bodi, appeared regularly in "Town & Country," "Glamour," "Vogue," and "The New York Times." The pair used natural light to produce images of extreme clarity, which beautifully displayed the details of clothing.
