Why We Love This

One-of-a-kind rustic handmade folk art birdhouse built utilizing found materials including an old wood crate, and tongue and groove beadboard. Circa 1930. The artist crafted four individual nesting cubicles with unusual triangular entrances and used a soft neutral paint palette. Note the advertising label remnants on the inside crate wall shown in the last photo.
