Why We Love This

Inspired by vintage grain sacks, this knife-edge pillow was created using a "resist" printing style to perfectly replicate the wonderfully worn look of authentic originals. The rough translation of the stamp is "green lentils of Puy, belonging to the armed forces of the city of Puy." As the stamp suggests, the original sack would have contained lentils intended to feed the French forces. Zip closure. Made in the USA.

About French Laundry Home

A lifelong love of vintage textiles led designer Debbie Jones to develop the French Laundry line. Dyed with a resist-printing technique, French Laundry textiles draw inspiration from the look and feel of handmade pieces of yesteryear, to add inspired, inviting touches to your home. And don't let the name fool you: All its products are crafted in the USA.
