Why We Love This

Bold and beautiful two-sided lithographic poster with a red tulip on one side and a buttercup on the other. Used in a midcentury classroom in France to teach about botany. Pencil marks still on the poster from a lesson decades ago ("B" and "E" with arrows on bottom left), which can be erased if desired.

About Le Trip

Jill Mitchell has been living in France for decades and has amassed a collection of the best sources in Paris and Provence. (She offers vintage shopping tours in the spring and fall.) Now a part of the One King's Lane family, she's delighted to share her French mid-century school posters, a broad selection with many themes, found in the markets of France. New posters will be added weekly.
