Why We Love This

A fine-art giclée reproduction of "De tio Största" (The Ten Biggest) by Swedish artist and mystic Hilma af Klint, whose paintings were among the first Western abstract art. Through her work with a mystical group called "The Five," Klint began experimenting with "automatic" drawings (in which the artist's hand is allowed to move randomly across the paper) as early as 1896, which led her toward more conceptual work. Klint's geometric abstractions represent invisible forces at work in both inner and outer worlds. Custom frame.
