A 1969 limited-edition pencil-signed heliogravure on Rives paper, from Dalí's illustrations of Lewis Carrol's "Alice in Wonderland." This piece depicts a scene in Chapter 3. After nearly drowning in her own tears, Alice washes up on a bank with other animals. Alice and the animals run a "caucus-race," which consists of everyone running in a circle without a clear winner. This work is set in a handsome gold-finished wood frame.
