Why We Love This

This beautiful print of the original, which is in the collection of the Ackland Art Museum, is set in a custom-made frame with hand-finished molding. Egon Schiele was one of the major figures of Austrian Expressionism. The artist's style developed out of the environment of the Viennese Secession and was influenced by the powerful work of Gustav Klimt. He was unflinching in his depictions of figures and scenes, often integrating radical content that, in his hand, became startlingly beautiful.

About Munn Works
