Tony Buccola travels to Italy several times a year to scour the countryside and cities for unique items to fill his Southern California European-antiques shop, Antonio's Bella Casa. He also works closely with Italian artisans who create beautiful hand-carved wood lighting rich with patina finishes. Ten years (and dozens of 40-foot containers) later, he still gets the same rush every time he steps off the plane. “I am one of the lucky ones,” he says. “I love what I do and do what I love.”
Unless otherwise noted, these pieces are antique, vintage, or gently used.
