Pages of Spring

When NYC book dealer Birch Cooper pulled together this collection of gorgeous, gift-perfect, alfresco-themed titles, he went for warmth, character, and charm. “Our selection starts with books previously owned by interior-design legend Albert Hadley,” he says, “and continues into a world of retreats, country houses, art inspired by nature, garden sculptures, pools, follies, and a comprehensive collection of unique, vintage, and out-of-print gardening books.” Mr. Cooper is currently at work on a research project about the library collection of Andy Warhol.
