    Antique Staffordshire King Charles Dogs - Rose Victoria - copper/white/multi

    More Details Pair of large antique copper luster Staffordshire dogs. These became popular in the mid-1800s and were modeled after Queen Victoria's beloved King Charles Spaniel, Dash. These are unique with copper luster decoration and blue eyes. As with most early Staffordshire, there is no marker's mark. Crazing, minor flaws and nicks, wear to enameling.

    More Details Antique Chinese cloisonne ginger jar decorated with flowers in vibrant shades of aqua, pink, green, red and yellow enamel on a dramatic black enamel and copper spiral wire background, circa 1900. The chrysanthemums on one side represent autumn, longevity and humility; and the plum blossoms represent winter, endurance and courage. Marked “China.” Light wear with loss of enamel near tiny ding and inside lid.
