Victorian Gothic Cold Cream Pot
Transfer printed covered ceramic container, Victorian Era, Staffordshire, England, circa 1880. Contained a chemists mixture of facial cold cream. A black transfer reading ‘Cold Cream’ in Gothic lettering surrounded by a border of scrolls and fresh fruit clusters. Great piece on the vanity or dressing table for holding rings or small accessories Lid is original to base. Overall good condition. Expected crazing, hair lining and light staining due to age.
