    French Rococo-Style Settee

    More Details French Rococo-style settee. Richly carved throughout with asymmetric details. Acanthus trails along the crest rail and at the center a pair of birds meet above a floral carving. Flowers decorate pierced shoulders and more asymmetric acanthus decorates the serpentine skirt. Restrained cabriole legs finish in scrolled feet and the frame is newly refinished in green with an espresso wash. The original upholstery is a chinoiserie silk-blend.
