As described by librarylions

Hiriya in the Museum: Artists' Architects' Proposals for Rehabilitation of the Site by Martin Weyl. Tel Aviv Museum of Art, 2000. First Edition. Over 200 pages. Large-format softcover. Apparently not available from US sellers. Hiriya is a landfill mountain, closed in 1988. It was decided to commission artists architects to design a park, and rehabilitate this eyesore. The proposals are astounding. In English and Hebrew. Chronologies, separate booklet.

About the Seller

librarylions

Julie Goldman has been collecting books all her life. As a child, she spent many days haunting the used book stores on 4th Avenue in NYC with her father. Most collectors become booksellers out of necessity, and Goldman began selling about 15 years ago. The library lions are the pair of stone lions who guard the New York Public Library. Their names are Patience and Fortitude. When you place an order with librarylions it will receive the attention and treatment it deserves.
