As described by Barbara Farnsworth

Historic Houses of Early America by Elise Lathrop. New York, Tudor Publishing, 1937. Hardcover. 464 pages, profuse black and white illustrations from photographs and drawings. A comprehensive look at old houses from New England to the south. A very good copy in black cloth. The dust jacket is present but is chipped and creased.

About the Seller

Barbara Farnsworth
Barbara Farnsworth

My bookstore, an old wooden building at the edge of a New England trout stream, houses thousands of used, rare and antiquarian books, with particular emphasis on Home and Garden subjects -- food and drink, gardening, interior design and architecture. I also carry titles on fashion, children's books and literature. Books really do furnish a room, beautifully!
