As described by Foreign Affair International

18th-century Italian engraving of the famous "Explorator" statue. Hand-drawn by Carlo Gregori and engraved by Don Campiglia in 1728. It was intended as a work of art for the middle class who could not afford to commission paintings. A beautiful work, unframed.
