Harbor view by William Bradford Green, American 1871-1945. Signed lower left, circa 1900. William Bradford Green was born in Binghamton, NY in 1871. Green studied with William Merritt Chase and Arthur Dow. While a resident of Hartford, CT, he made painting trips to California. Painting, 18"W x 24"L. Displayed in a gilt wood frame.
