The Queen Cookery Books: Fish by S. Beaty-Pownall. London: Horace Cox, 1903. Hardcover, 179 pages. Very good with minor wear. Part one of number 12 of a series of cookbooks that were issued over a period of years. The book contains recipes for clams, cockles, lobsters (with advice on killing them humanely before cooking), sturgeon, herring, oysters, and cod.
