Published on the occasion of an exhibit at the Smithsonian Museum, with 174 pages and profuse illustrations, many vintage, in both color and black and white. An authoritative book, issued in softcover, that covers an interesting chapter in American decorative history. Fine in heavy pictorial white wrappers.
About the Seller
My bookstore, an old wooden building at the edge of a New England trout stream, houses thousands of used, rare and antiquarian books, with particular emphasis on Home and Garden subjects -- food and drink, gardening, interior design and architecture. I also carry titles on fashion, children's books and literature. Books really do furnish a room, beautifully!
