As described by L'Affichiste Vintage Posters

A colored lithograph map of the world with "isothermal lines and the boundaries of physical zones." This map was created by Edwin J. Houston and originally included in the book Elements of Physical Geography: for the use of Schools, Academies and Colleges, published by Eldredge and Brother in Philadelphia in 1894. Houston was a noted 19th-century academic and scholar. Image, 10"H x 7.5"W; mat, 11"H x 14"W.
