Late-19th-century Russian brass samovar with tray and bowl, on a square pedestal with turned wooden handles and knobs. Both samovar and tray have Russian stamped markings including the double phoenix, the symbol of Czarist Russia. The head and name of Czar Alexander III (reigned 1883-1894) decorate the tray.
